When i finally saw what i was going to get, i again pressed the "checkout" button and put my debit card information in and pressed submit, then it showed a me a message that said "mastercard override decline( no purchase made )" so I asumed that meant that I didnt make a purchase! was i so wrong in doing so??? &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;well i called washington mutual(my bank) to see why my card was declined, it told me i only had 10 dollars left in that particular account. SPENCERS CHARGED ME EVERYTIME I PRESSED CHECKOUT (which was way before i put in any of my debit card information). THEY GOT A TOTAL OF $232.00. when the price of the purchase i was making was $27.29!!! &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I called spencers today and theey told me that the website will show that message if there was any information in the card holders address that was different from what was registered on the card. BUT IT TOOK THE MONEY ANYWAYS, AND THEN TOOK THE SAME AMOUNT 7 MORE TIMES!!!!!! my bank (washington mutual) says they cant do anything, unless there is a confirmation number, BUT there is no confirmatoin number, becuase spencers shows that we never made a purchase!!! so we wont even get anything in the mail!!!!!!!!!!!! I&amp;nbsp;am so upset!!! &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have a 4 month old son and a family to take care of, we just recently moved to&amp;nbsp;New York, from Florida 4 days ago, and we are trying to start fresh, and now we dont even have money to buy anything for christmas, or to even buy diapers for that matter!!! &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;This is rediculous!!!! &lt;/P&gt;
