In honor of its newest publications, the Chemung County Historical Society will be hosting a joint book signing at the Chemung Valley History Museum. A Great Day For Elmira author Geoffrey N. Stein and Elmira Then and Now photographer Gary Packard will be signing copies of their books. The event is free and open to the public. Copies of the books will be available for purchase during the event.
