Topic: Recent amendments to the ADA and FMLA regulations
Michael is an attorney with the prestigious law firm Hancock & Estabrook, LLP out of Syracuse NY. He is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law with a J.D. and LLM. He is a partner in the firm and chair of the labor and employment law practice groups. He lectures nationally on a variety of employment law issues.
Michael will provide HR professionals with a detailed overview of the recent amendments to ADA and FMLA regulations so they can better utilize the information in their professional roles.
HRATT is a business organization that provides the opportunity for an exchange of information on local and national human resources practices and challenges and aims at furthering members’ professional development and education. Members may participate in monthly meetings with professional speakers; attend an annual HRATT conference and network with local human resources professionals.
HRATT membership is not limited to human resources professionals, but to all those interested in participating. A regular membership in HRATT costs $40.
