Corning Community College’s Small Business Development Center is offering “Personnel Documentation: What Every Small Business Needs to Know”.
This seminar will be presented by Michael Lenzner of The Lenzner Solution. Michael has assisted companies such as Schweizer, Eaton Electrical, Artist Greeting, IBM and many more with their unique union and non-union personnel issues.
This seminar will discuss: Policy Objectives, Employment Law, Employer Defenses to an Employee Charge, Policy Violations and Discipline. Participants will be provided with documentation examples such as a “90 Day” Performance Plan, a Policy Infraction Disciplinary Template and a Termination Template for their personnel file.
